Do we even need a reason to celebrate Tea (Chai) โ๏ธ , but letsโ go with the flow and have a tea-riffic day๐น
๐๐๐ง๐ซ๐๐จ 2 ๐๐ช๐ฅ๐จ
๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐
1 tea bag
2 cups water
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp Baobab powder
1/2 a lemon , squeezed
Few mint leaves
๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ
Boil the water, add the tea bag, sugar and few mint leaves and let it on the stove for a few minutes.
Once it is properly boiled and has the strength of tea you like, remove the tea bag and stir. Remove from heat.
Add the baobab powder and squeeze the lemon to the water and Let it cool.
Refrigerate the tea for a few hours.
Serve chilled , with ice cubes , drizzle of honey and garnish with mint leaves.
